Mark Kroeger Burnaby Physiotherapy Clinic has introduced Core Exercise Classes to help you along and move you to a new level of activity tolerance.
Our Core Exercise methods will provide neuromuscular reeducation, strengthening and stabilization. Whether you are an elite athlete or a seasoned couch potato you will definitely benefit from these core centered classes. You may leave with an achieved level of strength, stability and mobiliy that you didn’t have prior to your injury. Start taking care of your back and develop a strong core with close guidance in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
